Trophy water coolant problems...

Basically, not had the car long and has a few problems already.
noticed the car was hot and losing water last night, had a look at the front and the aircon rad is damaged can the aircon rad leak water?or potentially damaged the actual radiator by the force?
ive noticed when looking at the front of the car, squeezing the top hose that the aircon radiator has a puddle coming along it, but I thought they were gas alone?

im simple so bear with!

If you have been using the aircon then you system will develop some condensation and drip water. The two systems are not connected as such.
