Had to take the trophy off the road last week as cant aford to insure it at the mo as the uninsured driver that hit me hasnt paid up so lose my no claims. its a sad time

Hope the uninsured driver was suitably punished.

He should be forced by the courts to pay for the repair out of his own pocket - why should you have to pay for someone else's idiocy?

if the bloke aint got no money you are going to have a hard time getting much out of him my mate got hit by someone who wasn't insure and it was chucked out of court after 3 years and he lost a 27k car (tdown)
