Yep most of the Trophys I've seen in Japan are LHD swiss exports. One is on its way to 300k km and another on 33k km.

I can't find it but one of the trophy owners in Japan also has a few other Renaults such as the Spyder.

Yeah this one is on 33k km so 20k miles and change. There is a website called https://minkara.carview.co.jp/ where a lot of car enthusiasts in Japan like to document their car ownership. Unfortunately as it is part of Yahoo! Japan it is blocked in the UK and EEA, only way to get into it is via a VPN. You can find some amazing DIY work and detail.
