I totally agree with respect to the Watchdog Programme. He is selling stock that was his son's, and has the V5 but it is still in the Previous Owners name ... normal for a Trader, but I haven't been able to trace the last owner to establish if he was paid for the car or whether it was on a SOR basis ?

The car was last owned by a University Lecturer / Professor who owns a Liquid Yellow Clio V6 and had had a Clio Trophy as well, so I hoped someone on this board would know them for me to contact. I have contacted Luke335 who owned the car previous to that.

Totally agree with regards to tracing the previous owner. I wouldn’t be going near that without confirmation from the previous owner that all is good from their end.

I saw the modified 'trophy' outside the warehouse but i suspect it isnt a genuine trophy. it was red but i didnt see the trophy stickers on the sills.
The other main give aways were the small cup spoiler, aftermarket wheels, Renault sports seats and adjustable intermittent wiper speed on the stalk.
The car was fitted with a full roll cage too.

Mine was the #166 red Mustang with white stripes. I qualified on the front row, but managed to do a rolling burnout and lose a couple of places, before getting back into 2nd. Unfortunately, I got black flagged for some smoke, with the resulting pit stop ruining my race.
