Clio 182 Trophy number 465/500.
I'm sad to unfortunately advertise for sale after one year of ownership due to unexpected M3 purchase.
I'd encourage any prospective buyer to check out the huge restoration build from the previous owner documented on the Trophy forum -
53k engine from RS Four Ashes professionally fitted this year (with receipt). Whilst the engine was out genuine timing belt, aux belt, water pump, dephaser, every gasket/seal, plugs, thermostat etc was fitted, all invoices present. Engine also painted.
Restoration work over the last 1-4 years includes
Sachs refurb at Cornering Force
Underside restoration plus all bushes/bearings/arms/joints etc
Steering rack refurb
Gearbox refurb
Recaro bolsters / steering wheel refurb
Wheel refurb / Michelin PS3 Tyres
Countless invoices present
Subtle modifications / improvements this year by me to improve the driving experience and address common flaws -
Lowered drivers seat rail (massive improvement to famously high driving position, standard and low passenger side included)
Evol engineering engine mounts (huge handling and gearshift improvement with slight extra vibration felt)
Janspeed supersport exhaust with Grams mounts (subtle sound/no boom. Standard centre section included)
Cold air induction kit (sounds amazing, standard airbox included)
Eibach camber bolts set to 1.75 degs at ATEC Align.
PBS fast road front pads (incredible response)
No mechanical faults at all, the car really is a joy to drive and the new engine uses zero oil.
Body work is also extremely good for the age with no rust, the only real defect to note is slight lacquer peel on the back corner of the roof but this has not worsened in the year I've had the car.
MOT in July with 0 advisories
Chassis mileage currently 158k
Engine mileage currently 55k
£9250
