Yep, been on the shopping list for a few years.. Finally though Feck it.. Prices are going north so it was now or never. I thought trophies were rare.. Only 480 odd of them.. And in different colours/seats/spec. N/a 330 odd bhp and one of them gearstick things.. All soon to be a thing of the past.

need to get it gleaming like yours.

miller you will get plenty of new Clio parts in the scout.

.

I kinda pride'd myself on being able to make cars look pretty good and though black has a reputation of being difficult I thought I could handle it and they look great black. Totally different ball game especially in a hard water area that is more chalk than water.

Got to love a black car when it is fresh clean and waxed nothing shines like them. Hoolio to help with the hard water worth having a look at a Ultimate Finish Aqua Gleam water filter.

I have one of those, but judging by the trouble I had with water marks Iguess it's on it's last legs. I'm currently looking at Di Vessel, a bigger (much more expensive) version, but it has the advantage of being refillable which in the long run will make it a lot cheaper than the Aqua Gleam.

Thats very true living in swindon I have the same problem as you. The raceglaze filter is worth a look as well and is also refillable.

Nice moter for a daily

Hard water marks on paintwork generally not an issue here in France; no-one cleans their cars! (Apart from me, naturally)

Hey, good to see you still visit the boards. I had wondered if you were still throwing the Trophy around the South of France?
It is a very nice motor and it's great for the miles that i do but tbh it is a little soul less and after almost two weeks I am really missing driving the T. I suppose it will make those occasions all the more special though ;)
