The 1st day of Spring 2024.

By all accounts, the 1st of March marks the meteorological begining of Spring.

The weather in my neck of the woods evidently didn't get the memo today...



Gave me a good opportunity to fully test the new 'all season' rubber on the van though - with exceptional results.

Whoa, pretty though.

we are just very very very wet. The village I live in has a chalk stream running through, rare blah blah blah so we are sensitive about the amount of rainfall or more importantly, lack of. Needn’t have worried, February’s rainfall was 19 times more the the same month last year.

Apparently I live in Sunny Bournemouth.
It’s not stopped raining since Xmas and being a builder I’m thinking Arks could be the way forward!
Off to Spain tomorrow for a large dose of vitamin D!

I know the feeling on the rain front Andy, much of my work these days involves building/restoring things outdoors, I had to give up when it got down to -2º and blizzarding yesterday on the project I was on and generally the awful weather for the last few months is holding me up on stuff, which I do find somewhat frustrating.
