My bonnet is covered in loads of tiny little dents that I assume are caused by stones hitting the bonnet, although they haven't dented the paintwork. Has anyone noticed this on their bonnet, and has anyone had any companies remove these ?

Are you talking about stone chips or dents?

When I had the 182 detailed a friend of mine managed to remove 99% of my bonnet stone chips with some touch up paint, wet sanding & then machine polishing the bonnet.

Not sure what you mean "loads of tiny dents that haven't dented the paintwork" :?

Can you posts any pics?

Renaults are notorious for the old orange peel effect, it's not that is it?

Otherwise like spacemonkey says, a good detailer would be able to sort.

Just read post again, it makes no sense sorry.

There are a load of tiny little dents but without the paintwork being chipped.

II've also got loads of tiny stones chips but slowly making them unnoticable with touch up paint and a cocktail stick.
