Squeaky seats

Anybody know of a solution to the above problem.
My drivers seat makes so much noise it is getting really annoying, I think most of the noise comes from the bolsters.

Is that when getting in and out? Sounds fairly normal I would say...

Check the 5 x 13mm nuts are tight that hold the seat to the sliders, can come loose.

doesn't sound like anyone has my problem.
It is all the time when driving and pretty sure it is in the seat, not the fasteners.

Looks like i need to remove the seat and get it looked at.
