Squeaky Recaro Seat!?

Just noticed my driver seat has suddenly got a loud squeak. Apparently its near my left butt cheek. Anyone else had a similar problem and if so how the hell do you fix it! Not a good week as I got a chip on the windscreen as well!

My seat has started squeaking on every single bump over the weekend and its really driving me mad.

The noise comes from my lower back and it happens when my shoulders get pushed onto the seat (which is every 2 seconds on with the sachs)

has anyone come acorss this before? or know how to fix it? I really don't want to drive the car anymore as it's that annoying.

take the seats out and give them a good look over, other people on here have said its quite and easy job getting them out
