Sachs in stock, low price, hurry

Hi guys, just stumble across this ad. Pretty sure these guys bought the leftover stock from Renault Sport. They sell pairs of Sachs shocks for €500 a pair (£380). They indicate 40 steps settings but the pictures show pinned sets so don't know. It is a legitimate seller but better check to make sure they're brand new but no reason to doubt it. According to their facebook page it seems like there's only 2 pairs left so better hurry! Don't know if they ship to UK though. Was thinking of buying the pairs and make a huge profit but decided against and will let you Trophy enthusiasts go for it.

States that they are 54mm spacing and the Trophy is 60mm

Also the part number on them is not the same as the Trophy ones.

Trophy sachs end in 514 733 and 514 734

Twingo sachs end in 167 413 and 167 414

one of them ends in 550 231

OK, exchange mails with the seller, he is stating they're same as trophy but with 54mm spacing! Seems strange but... Sorry guys, wrong pick

How would one go about limiting the risk of getting ripped off If buying these. Would paypal cover you?

depends what you mean mate,
If seller accepts paypal.
not sent/broken on arrival etc yes.
drive 1 mile with them and they die.. that would be a grey area.
being 54mm as stated and not 60mm..when you want 60mm then obviously not.
