Sachs front suspension

Hi,
Not sure if anyone has any knowledge on cornering force but Simon there actually recommended this forum to me about getting the stickers for them. I sent them in to them and had the confirmation email received ect.
It’s been 4 weeks and know one is answering the phone, no replies to my emails and I just tried phoning and there inbox is full so you can’t even leave a message so I’m getting a bit concerned as you know how rare they are. Just wondering if anyone has used them and had any issues

Yes I've used them twice, most recently late 2023 and their communication was crap, to the point I'd seriously consider elsewhere next time.

I told Simon as much and he held his hands up but this is disappointing to hear.

I also currently have my front dampers with them at the moment. I dropped them to them about 2 weeks ago and in no rush to get them back.

I spoke with Simon yesterday about them when he explained that he’s flying solo this week as Niko is on holiday. Simon also does most of the suspension setups at race tracks (he told me this when I met him dropping of my dampers) and had said he was out and about a lot this week.

Hopefully this puts your mind at ease.

I would agree with Patrick, communication isn’t great but when you do speak with them/meet them they are extremely decent chaps.

Interesting ! I’ve emailed them a few days ago about getting mine booked in…. No response as of yet

Thanks for your reply, yes I agree I just wanted a simple update just something to put my mind at rest. He actually replied to my email today saying it was only him in the workshop so he’s been struggling with the calls and emails ect. I’m just glad they are working on them and made contact. Appreciate your reply

Thanks for the reply, yes I actually got a reply so that’s something and explained he was on his own but it’s so important to let your customers know what’s going on then I wouldn’t be stressing especially with them being so rare.
