That's one mint car, Nick!!Wow that's such a shame especially after all the hard work you have put into this car - and Cash.
I was very lucky with No63 when I did the underside - because I was refurbing most parts the car was virtually bare which made it a lot easier.
The process that I was told to do was treat the rust and then apply Gravitec - it is used through an air gun for the best results and gets in all the right places - we then wax oiled the car heavily in every hole possible to hopefully future proof it for years to come.
Over the top I then coated it with a lacquered sealant to protect it further - I can honestly say this process didn't cost me £100 quid and still looks the same after 3yrs - the front inner wheel arches had the same process but the rears I left un-touched and factory.
