Rust Issues, cant his part just be replaced?

Hi guys, got #113 on Saturday which has a few rust issues as well as paint fade issues which im going to work my way through.

First question is can this strip that runs along the roof be removed and bought new? It has rust bubbling in the corner (photo is generic Google image so dont look for the rust lol)

Also need to get a new bonnet as that is rusting in the corner too

If you look through the forum there are other comments on this. I put a thread on about it, how to remove, new clips etc.
