So after 15 years of ownership and a very heavy heart im putting my Renaultsport Clio 182 Trophy up for sale.
This is not something I thought I would do but due to no space, no storage, a change in circumstances along with some other factors im letting the car go.
This is going to be a long read with many images so please sit down and hold on.
In Dec 2010 I bought a small little red French hatchback car known to everyone as a Clio but this was not just any Clio, Its a was a limited run of 500 produced for the UK market and I was lucky enough to find one, So during the worst winter of Dec 2010 I drove to some small village and managed to pick this car up.
It had some issues but none the less it was for me.
Now we can look at this in two ways, We can call it a money pit of just someone who takes pride in there belongings and I would go with the latter.
So 15 years later and a pile load of money (Thousands & Thousands) the car is going to be up for sale.
The car does come with some flaws like any car but what do you expect for a car that is 20 years old, kept in a dusty old barn hardly driven and when driven has had its issues.

There is also 2 full folders of paperwork from Genuine Sachs stickers, Grill Stickers, Trophy Stickers to Press Release images & Paperwork, All old MOTs and involving along with a hell of a lot more.
The car is currently sitting doing nothing but in mid September is heading to get the following -
Timing Belt
Aux Belt
Water Pump
Depahser
Oil Filter
Pollen Filter
Spark Plugs
Fresh Oil
Fresh Coolant (Type D)
Braided Brake Lines
2 x Rear ABS Sensosrs
Once the above work is done then the car will be getting a valet for the new owner and full tank of fuel.
Now the bad parts that let the car down -
Needs 4 New Tyres (2 fronts are old rainsports & rears are new budgets)
Alloy Wheels are badly flacking and need a refurb
Small stone chip in passenger side windscreen
Front bumper is stone chipped and laiquare peel in some areas.
The car also has fully working A/C and there is over 1500 images that can also be given to the owner along with all paperwork and everything I fully have for the car.
In 2022 the car had £1500 spent on it with images of the work carried out.
All work has been carried out at a well known Scottish Renault specialist and 90% of all parts have been genuine Renault OE.
Im asking for everything above £15,500 OVNO
