Rear brake pads/discs

Hi, i have just brought a trophy last week and was washing it this morning when i noticed that the rear brake pads arent using the whole width of the discs. (not touching about 1cm of disc on outside)

Can someone please tell me id this is normall, and if not what to do

That doesn't sound right if you check out the pic the pad is contacting with the whole disc.
Can you post pics?

it sounds like it's not running OEM pads, some aftermarket pads leave this tell tale sign - when i had mintex extremes on the rear it had a similar outcome.
