Please help!! Trophy misfire

Washed the car off under the bonnet and the car has developed a constant misfire, sounds like it's running on three cylinders... i've checked all the HT leads at the coil end and various other multi plugs for moisture but none found.
Anybody got any ides please?!

sorted now, was a collection of water around the spark plugs due to washing, beware.
