Performance friction pads

Hi all,

I need to get some pads and discs ordered this week and when looking i have come across these performance friction 97 pads, i like what i've read about them but was wondering if anyone on here has any real world information on them.

Two things i've read are that they are messy pads which doesn't really put me off as i keep on top of cleaning. The other thing i've read is the disc to pad wear rate is about 3 sets of discs to a pair of pads, this isn't to worrying so long as the pads last a reasonable time.

So what are they like? dry use, wet use, hot, cold, and wear rate?

more track oriented than road - they take a while to heat up properly so can be tricky during winter months etc and you need to stop before the pads have come up to temperature.
