Has anyone had this issue? I haven't removed the seat to have a look yet but I will soon. I want to know where it look if its come up before.

Passenger side treadline doesn't flip forward

Common cable fault on them, either snapped or disconnected at one end

Have just fixed the seat moving forward after the back is reclined as the memory position piece had broken which has appeared on here before. Got a set of Clio sport seat runners and cured the problem.
The cable is a little fiddly but once you understand where the 2 ends fit you should be able to resolve this fairly easily
