Ordered items from the shop but not arrived

I ordered a few items from the shop section on the forum 5 weeks ago but not received a delivery yet. I’ve contacted them a couple of times via the shop page but never receive a reply.
Does anyone know how/who runs the shop section so a I can get an idea when my order my arrive.
