Oil Leak!

Hi guys, As I was cleaning my engine bay the other day I noticed a small oil leak coming from the cam cover (front and back of engine), looks like ill have to change the gasket :roll: , the cars done 19,600 miles and in my eyes the gasket shouldnt be leaking already! Anyone else had this problem?

could be that the filter isn't tight enough, i'd get it into reno - should be a warranty job if it's serious.
