oh yes, I would not replace just one broken Spring. In my case it would at least be both rear springs, just wondering whether to replace the fronts at the same time. thanks for your thoughts.

If its not broken dont fix it

Also could not recommend buying Mark Fish springs enough

Never just replace one spring. Ok to do just fronts or just rears but do both sides if doing one. It's dangerous for stability under braking and cornering to not have matched springs on each side.

Hey Guys,

Whats your opinion about using Bilstein Sport shocks to a 1.2 16v Clio Dynamique 2003 VS OEM shocks (Springs will remain OEM)?
Car is used for daily driving from my father, however he is driving on b roads in Greece like being in a track..

Should see an improvement compared to OEM Dynamique dampers, although make sure the rate of the springs is matched with the dampers.

From what I see OEM trophy springs are now no longer made or produced either here or in France and like its been said Mark Fish is a very very good set up with the correct rates for Sachs.

The same reason they have stopped making 1*2 rear brake pads and Sachs front & rear shocks.

A car manufacturer only needs to make parts for something like 10 / 15 years and then its a case when the run out they are gone and they dont need to mass produce them anymore.

Most parts can be bought aftermarket unless its a special non mass produced part.

There were some stock left in France with CLM Racing but they're all gone since several weeks now, may want to inquire if they have any left or if they think they can get new stock.
