Number plate removal

Anyones number plates held on by the cu*nting anti-theft screws. I am trying to put my private plate on but these screws are an arse!

took mine in to the steelers to get my plate put on due to these screws. not sure how they come off without damaging the bodywork.

i just drilled them off on my previous clio as Neal suggested
