Jaine , that is part on the arch liner, you will need a new one.

Yep the arch liner bends around the front and underneath.. notorious for breaking at the right angle sections. Or cracking especially when the cars lowered and the wheel rubs.

Hence it looks like your drivers side has the rest of it just not the turn under the bumper
