Dear all,
During the recent cold snap my Clio got very little use and now bizarrely has begun to rev high when idling.
With no throttle it sits there revving up to 2k, and once warm fluctuates between 1k and 2k, just going up and down if it’s own accord.
The electric warning light then came on the dash and she started to seemingly miss fire on occasion. Took it to my local guy who’s normally spot on. He said they couldn’t find anything obviously wrong, reset the throttle body, but it’s still revving high like before.
Any suggestions?
