success!! deffinate improvement, however i have a few questions.
reinforcement ? the turrents are real weak has anyone reinforced the turrents in anyway.
finally rust, how have you coated the newly drilled holes?

I fitted K-tec top mounts to my car while I was re-fitting my rebuilt dampers.

After drilling and before fitting top mounts, I cleaned the area out with brake cleaner and rag, then once dry I sprayed the whole inside turret area with black anti-rust stone ship paint. I masked off the top of the turret so nothing would get into the engine bay. I did two coats, left for a day to harden off before re-fitting the struts.

As for strengthening, on a road car I wouldn'y bother will be more than up to the job.
