KTR induction kit

Has anyone fitted this kit? Was thinking of putting one in as I love the sound they make but as they're £166 are they worth it?
Do you gain power?
Lose power from heat soak?
Or just better off with say a K&N panel filter?

That's a fair take on the induction kit for the Clio but it's got some mixed reviews and I think I'd still sway towards the KTR kit for the noise alone.

I'm not 100% that I'll get one is the panel filter a better all round compromise?

I spent far too much time then is healthy looking at induction kits and performance filters before sticking with just changing the original paper element but changing it regularly.

I came across this report which although old is still relevant: https://www.cliosport.net/threads/fastcar-clio-172-air-filter-test.445339/ it shows the original set up to be pretty good so I stuck with that.

I have one on mine, no gain in power I would say but it sounds great and seems to pull harder, I like it adds a bit of drama

No power gain as said but the noise it crazy.
I have one fitted to mine along with a MRProducts.FR battery cover to stop as much heat soak as possible.

Ive got one of the KTR kits fitted, as mentioned before, no noticable increase in power, just noise...Some like the noise, others dont,,,,,, one lady in Wales didnt seem to be impressed the other weekend..:grinning::blush:

Marc where did you source the battery cover and does it only fit the standard size as a believe my battery may be slightly larger ?

I have the KTR and it does sound great, like having ITBs!
