Is there any way that when one clicks on a topic they have already read that they jump to the unread comments on that thread. Or even to the end of the thread, rather than having to scroll all the way through each time. (or am I showing my ignorance here :D )

Not that i'm aware of, its a good suggestion and maybe Nik could shed some light on it for you. I guess there might always be a few little improvements that could be implemented but understand that finding time is probably a contributing factor for things like this.

I've always thought that when using the active threads box and the foot of the main index page it should take you to the last post (i.e. the last active thread) of that topic, as the last thread details are already being displayed in that box.

I tend to click on the last number, then hit page down on the keyboard, but I don't think there's a way of taking you to the first unread message, that would be quite clever (although not unfeasible).

That in conjuction with "view all post since last visit" does exactly what I was aiming for.

Thanks, I've learnt something

No, if you click on the thread title it comes up with the start of the thread then flicks to the last post.

For me it comes up with the start of the thread and jumps to the end of the first page if there is more than one page.

Right, should be fixed now! Might require people to restart their browsers to clear the java cache.
