How Do I Remove This? (Part Of The Rear Seat)

In an otherwise spotless interior, somehow in the past the little holder thing for the passenger side rear seatbelt that surrounds the rear seat fold button has been snapped off. I've had a good look / fiddle with it, but I can't work out how on Earth it comes off so I can replace it with one that isn't broken! Does anyone know? Below are pictures of the broken one and the unbroken part on the other side so you know what I'm on about as it's a bit weird! Cheers.

unzip the cover. I stripped the covers off a seat to sell a while ago and iv got a feeling you can access it from there..

Paid a visit to my local Renault independent today (thought it was a better bet than the dealer, who seem to struggle even when you give them a part number!) and it was quickly established that the part can be bought, but only as a pair. Not cheap at ~£20, but it needs doing!
