I'm asking this question because I noticed that the jacking points along the sill are quite weak and one folded back slightly.
I don't want it to happen again so are there any other points where the car can be jacked up to reduce the risk of bending the "rail" that runs beneath the sills?

Thanks.

if you use a jack with a large enough saddle there will be no issue, t's only when the weight is focussed on too small an area that you get crushing problems. If you have a small saddle jack, use a piece of wood to spread the load

Good advice that danny.

I always use the chassis rails at the front.

As for the back, is there anywhere good to jack the car bar the rear beam or the sills?

I tend to use the end of the rear beam, or if I'm feeling lazy, the sills. (there isnt much weight on the back)

Chassis rail, just after the front subframe/brackets cradle is where I have always done it.
