haness fitment

I am after fitting a harness to my recaro trendlines for trackdays. What type of harness do i require for road use? 3 point or 4 point, quick release or bolt in.
I do not have a roll cage so not sure where to mount the rear loops.

3 or 4 point and you'll need bolt in's i believe for road legality.
