Faulty Temp sensor??

Hi guys, have been reading the posts on this and it seems to be a very common problem.

My temp sensor keeps dipping below the normal mid point when the engine it hot. Was happening every now and then at first and had the sensor replaced under warrenty and now it happens everyday.

I believe the sensor and wiring is one unit, so it all would have been replaced. Is this correct?

Anyone else had similar problem with a brand new sensor?

I had this a few times when I first had the Trophy. They replaced the sensor which didn't fix it, then found the the way in which the cable us run isn't ideal. They replaced the sensor again and re routed the cable tying it to part of the engine along the way. It's been 100% sorted ever since.

Mine is now on the down position anout 90% of the time, going to take it in.

I wouldn't mind except the idle speed goes crazy!
