Got a letter from Renault the other day offering another three years AA cover if you get the car MOT'd at a renault dealer, not sure what restrictions may apply but it may be worthwhile tackling your local dealer on this.

Right, here it is chapter and verse;

"If you own a Renault between 3 and 7 year sold you can get Renault Xtra Assistance for no charge simply by having your MOT test at a Renault dealership*.

Just call 0800516171 to receive your qualifying voucher.

*to qualifyfor roadside assistance you must have your vehicle MOT tested at a participating renault dealership. The normal price for an MOT is £50.35"

So thats the catch.

My MOT cost £20 & when i contacted AA cover for me was twice what it was for the car??

Not sure i understand that :?

Think you'll find most MOT's are £50 or going that way, certainly the van :oops: was.

Sorry was wrong about the three years bit in my first post it's obviously just the year.
