I has a Scorpion RS192 fitted for a couple of years. I loved it at first, it wasn't really any louder than standard but it had a deeper rumble, which was nice. However, it was a nightmare to align in the rear exhaust cut outs and it always had to have packing in the exhaust hangers in order for it to be correctly aligned. But, by far the most annoying factor was that once it heated up one of the tail pipes would move enough that it would cause the exhaust surround to melt. I was constantly having to mess around with it.

I ended up buying a Yozza. It fitted perfectly, no packing, no fuss. It is rather loud though, especially with the decat.

You can't compare the two they are completely different.

I would suggest you have fun for a little bit first Kyran. If it doesn't need an exhaust at the minute then leave it for a while. Get used to your car. the piper on my trophy is defo louder than the rs192 on my 182. Both running cats. I'm not sold on the 192, it's been an arse to keep lined up even with new mounts. it does sound deep though.

i was pondering this recently. If i jump I will probably go for a Pure system. What's stopped me is that as I have an Orb it's just a massive indulgence.

Another vote for the Yozzasport system. I still have the cat fitted to mine and it is fine for weekend or day to day driving.

If I wanted to change it I would only consider an Orbisoud.

My LY originally came with a Miltek Exhaust. Was just too quiet and 'cracking'.
I then went through various others, piper, magnex etc.. But ended up with a YozzaSport and never looked back.

As already mentioned, I would only change it for a Orbisoud.

The Trophy however, is still on the original Exhaust. Amazing how quite it is over the YozzaSport!

Like rocking horse sh!t, They are like sachs and sometimes pop up for sale now and then but i have seen them go for as little as £200 right up to £400

Unless you can get one from Cliosport /Clio Trophy or on the off chance Ebay you will need to keep hunting.

I would wait and enjoy the car 1st but if you still want a new exhaust I would go for a Pure Motorsport or a BTM system. I have the Btm with a Decat sounds great but not to chav

I have been watching out for a used standard 182 exhaust to put that on to compare the Yozza to a standard.

I have a BTB exhaust on my 182, love it. The only system I would consider replacing it with is an Orbisoud maybe, but it would be price dependant as my BTB is a lovely system. That said, BTB is pretty much as hard to come by as an Orbisoud. Don't know how the Pure Motorsport one sounds, but I was tempted by it in part because of their mounting kit which is included with the system, looks far more substantial than the standard exhaust mounts.

I have been watching out for a used standard 182 exhaust to put that on to compare the Yozza to a standard.

I have a genuine standard cat-back system that was removed from my 60,000 car when I put the BTB on. Not the tidiest condition, but don't remember it blowing or anything when I had it on the car. It is advertised over on ClioSport with pictures too, up for £90. Just thought I would mention!
