Dogbone Mount

Does anyone know if genuine dogbone mounts are still available? Cant seem to find them online.

If not, what are the go to replacements? I’ve seen powerflex but read mixed reviews on these. Don’t want to introduce any vibrations etc. if possible.

Any advise/experience greatly received.
