Dephaser in Norfolk / East Anglia

After a previous message about a rough bearing sounding noise I left it to get worse after no reply. A guy who has a megged 197 straight away said it'll be the dephaser..... so to that end is there any where in Norfolk or close that people would recommend using to get this changed?

3 options - two techs near Dartford, Mark Fish near Harlow or a little further but highly recommended Mick at Diamond Motors (Nottingham).

Looks like I'm going to have to do a little travelling. getting there is fine, its getting back thats the pain as the Trophy is my daily.

What kind of prices am I going to be looking at?
