Cambelt replacement

Hello all, iv just brought my first ever trophy and love it to bits but now the cambelt is due. Where the best place to take it as there so may garages messing the timing up so hard to trust anyone nowadays. I'm based near Nottingham. Thanks

Easy answer then.. Mick at diamond motors in Long Eaton... People drive from the other end of the country to get it done with him.. Your around the corner.

i agree with dablik take it to Mick at diamond motors in Long Eaton (its worth the wait as he is always quite booked up)

i got mine done else where and ended up having it done again less than than 200 miles later due to aux belts not being done, car not running correctly and alt bracket falling off??

since mick re did it it runs like a new car :)

Another vote for Mick at Diamond motors from me as well, really nice bloke and knows the cars inside and out, and as everyone else said, right on the doorstep!

How much approximately should the cambelt cost to replace (do the aux belts get done at the same time)? I've just bought a Trophy with a couple of mates to use for track days and wanted to ensure it was fighting fit before we start thrashing it around some circuits.
