Bumpstop Breakthrough.

This morning I’m hoping to talk to a company about remanufacturing the no longer available front bump stops to suit the Sachs dampers.

A long shot, but does anyone have one to hand who could do some quick measurements for me? Depth, width and bore of centre hole.

I can get some for you tomorrow morning if that helps? Mine are genuine Renault bump stops which are in overall not bad condition.

I've got a set of numbers now thanks Jules, but have not had much luck getting anywhere with this little side project today really. I need to find a solution though as I'm itching to get my Sachs on the 172 Cup Hillclimb car, and don't want a small piece of rubber to hinder that..

Obviously there is the Powerflex option that has been discussed on the boards previously. Maybe not as elegant as OE and tbh unproven in terms of performance but would allow you to get them on the car.

I’m not really keen on the powerflex material Jules. Plus I don’t think they’re quite the right size if my memory serves . A last resort as such. I’d like originals really or to find/make something with a close profile out of similar spec material to OEM.
