Thanks for the various offers ladies and gentlemen, but before we start the distribution phase (and no, they've not arrived with me yet) we just need to cross the ts and dot the is then everything can be confirmed.

The outstanding issue still remains, that we're 2 pairs short in the south, although there have been some helpful offers which may alleviate the majority of issues.

If @Nik is able to transport 4 pairs and I can collect 2 of those from him, then the final piece of the puzzle is how best to unite Phil with his Sachs.

@Phil Hart, was my offer of a rendezvous in Leicester an option for you, do you have any plans to visit the Western Lakes, or the Newbury area, or are you intending on going to the Welsh Weekender? Maybe drop me a message and we can sort you out

I’m still waiting on confirmation that they’ve been dispatched. Order #2 was changed to ‘in process’ yesterday so hopefully they should be dispatched today. The cold spell may affect the delivery time.

If Nik can confirm that he can collect 2 or 4 pairs then that will be great.

I'll be in our Kadjar so transporting 4 sets will not be a problem

Thanks @Claude @BenG and everyone for sorting out this and making it happen. I really appreciate it with me being a bit of a newbie on here.

I was thinking initially about collecting my set from yours Claude for ease and simplicity. I probably still will if it fits in with you and everyone else, obviously this depends on the additional sets coming down from the north but I will work in with what's easiest.

I could collect @317T aswell if a trip to Peterborough from Colchester was preferred rather than using a courier.

Can someone please do me a big favour?

I am about to send my 'old' pair of Sachs for refurb via courier, but don't have any working scales in the house to find their weight. Do any of you lovely people know how much the pair of them weigh in total please?

I had weighted them not so long ago, it was roughly 11kg a pair
