Diff with refurbed box and RS2 and a shed load of work at Mick’s.. 2017 tyres..

I actually think it’s a bit of bargain if it’s not too much of a dog cosmetically.

I suppose it depends what you’re after. Ideal for someone looking for a track car, not so much if you’re not.

Initially bought mine for the track but ended up with one that’s “too nice to track”! I sometimes wonder if I bought one a little rough around the edges I’d use it more.

I am also looking at the same price level, something that needs a little work and I can take to the track. I don't like polishing cars too much.

I have a deadline and will go for a 182 Cup or a 197 F1/Cup if nothing turns up.
But I am 6'4" and hope the Trophy is a better driving position than a standard 182 Cup?

its marginal and tbh recaros are regarded as worse support for track work than 182 seats so you would be better buying a bucket anway and slaming it to the floor. There is a lad on the cliosport who sells a very low adaptor for the recaro seats in a trophy. which would help.. if you look at my ownership period on my old trophy 120 you can see when i had them.

Just saying if track works your end game then saving £4k plus on an almost like for like car. sticking coilovers on and some other toys would be a cheaper option. Not trying to put you off as clearly we all thin T's are ace.

I found the standard 182 tight but fit in a 197 no problem.

I'm 6 foot 1 and yep the Clio 182 can be a squeeze but the 197/200's are great. As are the r26 megane's.
