Alternator

I’m currently waiting on a breakdown truck (I’m at home thankfully) with a suspected dodgy alternator.

What’s the current consensus on replacement? The Renault part is out of stock with RPD but googling has led me to believe VALEO 439302 is the only one I’d want to go for which autodoc have-

Is that accurate or is there anything else I should know?

Hey Patrick, pretty sure I will have the correct alternator in my lockup. I have a few of them all proper Valeo ones

I helped Andy elder out a year or so back too with a similar request

Cheers but I ended up going for that Valeo unit and it is correct for anyone else reading this in the future.
