Took off the AV today and took some pics of the brake update (new discs, goodridge and pads - the front carbon lorraines are unreal!!). Camber bolts next, and I'm going to change the plugs I think. It's still chilly by the way.....

i've only had it a couple of weeks, drove it down hee to SW France and spent a little time getting it how it should be - 49000 miles on the clock so it's been driven, and I'll be driving it some more!!

I saw this a while back. It does look nice, but looking at the underneath shot it does look to have had a fair ammount of work done and I would have been suspicious of the different colour spraying thats gone on underneath there.

All the work done by me - nothing untoward down there at all - not yet anyhow. It was bog standard and in the "usual" condition one would expect from a 5 year old 48k car when I got it.

All the work done by me - nothing untoward down there at all - not yet anyhow. It was bog standard and in the "usual" condition one would expect from a 5 year old 48k car when I got it.

The reason I said what i did is that the "problem" areas on the 5 are the suspension which is easily replaceable and any brackets that have been welded onto the shell and I'd want to know how they had been prepped before repainting.
