Ah....tis a little bit sorry for itself in a few places.

This would be my pick Nick, more expensive at just under £23k, but it looks bloody immaculate and has had
a decent bit of expense put into it recently by the looks of it.
And it has the much nicer Momo steering wheel, like the JDM version for extra bonus points ;)

As Francis says, it's a special little car for sure and certainly a bit of history there with it too. The Vortz parts and cars were much sought after in that period, it was almost the beginnings of what trendy folk now call 'restomods'...

I can't see it reaching the dizzy heights of the Mk1 market (and prices for old Mini's have slowed down a little lately) but will no doubt command a fairly chunky price. I wonder what the reserve is? I'd guess around £40 - £45k.
