Good, clean example with some subtle enhancements to sharpen the car’s responses further.

Serviced regularly using genuine Renault service components. I have the paperwork for all servicing and MOTs from initial purchase through to today. Belts are not due until 2018.
The engine pulls well and it does not use oil – I have never needed to top-up.

The following mods are fitted by K-Tec racing at a cost of over £2,000:
· Solid Top Mounts (bearings recently replaced) link
· 4-pot Wilwood front caliper kit link
· RS Induction Kit (original airbox set-up included in sale) link
· Sports exhaust and silenced centre piece link

Bodywork is very good although the wheels have minor curbing.

The interior is in great condition with no marks to the Recaro seats. The steering wheel has not suffered any of the rubber melt some have experienced. A spare steering wheel trimmed in black suede (by Royal steering wheels) is included in the sale – it is in as new condition. As seems to be the norm, heater control panel has a cracked paint finish.

I have replaced the tailgate struts with correctly gassed units from SGS engineering, and fitted a Fabia front splitter.

I recently replaced the exhaust mounts and 2 x new spares are included in the sale. The car is fitted with the original Sachs dampers.

The stereo has an iPod AUX in connection with adaptor for headphone input.

This is a fine example, and feels really tight.
