Will post in the owners register section as well but was so pleased wanted to share it here too.
Had previously been running on cup dampers for what as far as I can tell is over 5 years at least but 112 is now officially a Trophy again.
Finally had my refurbished set of Sachs dampers put on the front (complete with original stickers lovingly 3M stickered on - thanks Miller!!) and at same time got the whole front end refurbished by Mark Fish:
- New brake callipers both sides
- New wishbones both sides
- New front wheel bearings
- New top mounts
- Mark Fish springs all round
- New bushes, bolts, washers on all parts (all OEM)
- Fully refurbished subframe, steering arms, drive shafts, chassis rails, track rod ends etc (re galvanised or removed sandblasted and painted)
- underside of wheels arches stripped, refurbished, re-sprayed
- full waxyoil front end
- geometry set up
Feels like a different car and looks (and basically is) brand new underneath at the front, absolutely delighted with how tight the car feels now and looks great sitting a couple of cm lower on new springs
A couple of pictures from Mark on his Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/markfishmotorsport/posts/945315362279948
Thanks to Miller for the refurbished Sachs and Mark Fish for the incredible job he has done on the rest of it.
