got a tunepoint i never got around to fixing in my trophy...still in the box from the dealers,complete with all instructions,leads etc...and yes it does work off the radio stalk...£225 from the dealers looking for £110...takes 5 mins to fit...PM me if your interested...cheers

fitting a "tunepoint" to the trophys radio this morning,everythings going fine until i turn the radio back on,it had been disconnected so the code had to go back in, so out came the service book (the code is printed in the inside cover btw) after putting in the code the display went straight...

wondering if the folding mirror option on the 197 can be retro fitted... renault list it as a £80 option so there cant be much to do...the wiring will be there and no doubt it uses the electric motor already fitted in the mirror to pull them in... i know the mirror switch needs to be...

I remember someone telling me they had a cable coming from the back of their headunit (using the connector for the cd changer i believe) and being able to plug in their (non iPod) MP3 player and be able to use the steering wheel audio controls (limited functionality maybe?)- this was ages back...
