Turns out it wasnt wheel bearing(s) having had both replaced! but indeed my grooved discs being the problem. Replaced with standard discs and pads and all is fine. Mechanic felt so bad that i just paid for parts and no labour :) He was a mate though!

Thanks for the reply. The official answer from Renault is that the Trophy has an extreme pack which i assume is the suspension and that the wheel bearing is different and costs 3x the norm - £60! Edit: Extreme is the French edition of the 182 with Recaros etc

All, Can anyone tell me if the front wheel bearing is the same as that of a 182 sport. Mine was being down today but GSF sent two, both of which were incorrect. I've told my mechanic to order straight from Renault in the morning. Just wondering the experience of others on here. Thanks, David.

£70 per wheel at wicked wheels. I'm shocked and would have to be mentally insane to pay that.

Anyones number plates held on by the cu*nting anti-theft screws. I am trying to put my private plate on but these screws are an arse!

Following on from the other thread, i have heard back from autostyle. They will give customers a 10% discount if we can make 5 or more orders. The price is £74.95 (no discount) for the best mats and includes a heel pad. Post your name up if you want them.

Just heard back and price is, as already said £74.95 inclusive. This was what i asked for Fronts - black mats with silver edging. Trophy graphics and number 115/500. Drivers side needs a material heel pad. Rear - black with silver edging. No graphics.

Is it worth remaking/renaming this thread then with a decent title and we can get an idea of numbers if any? lol. I am quite impatient and will want to order pretty quickly
