i would stay clear, they ripped me off big time a while back and did sly things like not changing the air and pollen filters just nipped of to clean them out and save a few quid, they were very shifty, wont be returning
I have a Trophy and i have just picked up my liquid yellow R26 in the last week, have not driven it enough yet but is very different. I dont feel like i am so much in control of the R26, it seems difficult to get a feel for it but it is a great car :D
Im supposed to be collecting my R26 megane on wednesday and looking to sell my trophy week beginning mon 21st May. It has minor chips on the alloys and has a few minor scuffs on the paintwork but other than that its in good condition.
totally standard
never been tracked
15k on the clock...
how many people brought their trophys for 12400 and can now sell for 11500, handsup :D that has to be the best residuals ever in this class of car ever  over a 2 year period that is quite incredible :p
Has anybody here changed to an R26 from the trophy? what do you think? made the right decision? i dont want to regret it :(
R26 test drive was good but you never can be too sure. Also, im looking to sell my Trophy so if anyone is looking and is in the Mid beds area let me know. It has 14k on...
i can believe 12300 but not 11k, that would never have happened for an unregistered new trophy, the cost price friends and family was 12400 and anything under a few hundred quid less means it would have been an ex demonstrator. The prices actualy went up towards the end, it was the people who...
i took a test drive in an elise s and a 111r and cant say i was best pleased with the car!
it was raining so i didnt get a chance to take an exige s out :(
i dont understand why the elise costs so much money. the elise s costs 24k :O and it doesnt seem to drive any better than the trophy...
evo is high maintenance though. yeah they are left overs but prob best option in terms of depreciation and insurance. Apparently you can get 23mpg quite easy in the monaro so its not that bad! maybe keep the exige and trophy until the summer. sell the trophy in the spring and maybe switch vx to...
yeah i know they are both different cars, im a bit worried about too much power, it would be easy to have a bad accident just from putting foot down too much, as powerful asthe trophy is i never have a problem of too much power or loss of control, i know it will be different with a monaro. I...
I have been thinking about chucking the trophy in for something more fun, getting a bit bored. Im mainly looking at the bargain monaro vxr's that have just come on the market maybe even a 500 version but im a bit worried i may wish i hadnt bothered. Want something with a bit more grunt and a...
its not there i assure you, and was not last year. i think i will just put it through as 182 3dr not my problem?? i suppose i can say i selected the closest and most accurate match

It should be in their system as Renaultsport Clio 182 Trophy (due to it being insurance group 17 compared to 16 for the other 182's). If you do the online quote you can select it.
when i insured my trophy last year i mentioned to direct line it was a trophy 182 and they went of to some department to get a car grouping for it, 182 was not good enough prob shouldnt have said anything but they ended up listing my car as a citreon bx or something and it put premium up by 50...
thanks for caring but cliosport people said it was a scraping against the auto indicator canceling mechanism, it only happens when its hot, its fine when its cold. It is annoying though.
Hi everyone,
I have been driving my trophy for nearly a year now and i am very happy with it! :D
Taken me a while to sign up but im here now, after 10 months of driving without even checking the tyres i thought i better so i brought the £22 accutire pressure gauge and found the...
