My point being that your car is only worth what someone will pay........so talk up a trophy for £12-13k but the reality is much much lower and dropping each month.

Bliss......someone who posted has picked up a '05 car from a DEALER........and at £11495 with 8k on the clock.........they'll have never paid more than £10k for that car trade...........the noise of money dropping off the underside of Trophy's is getting louder.

Nice cars but dreamers who drive them. I owned a M3 CSL and had guys on their forum who thought it was worth more than people were willing to pay. I drove mine, enjoyed it and sold for sensible money before the bite took hold and others lost £25k in a year.........sounds like similar dreamers...

I think the geez up top is more sensible with £11k private and £10-11k trade. You'd be silly to reject an offer of around £11k but you guys keep doing it..........means I'm gonna wait until they are £10k all day long and then have a choice to choose from. '55 or '05 whatever the...

Nice cars the trophys but the last one on ebay went for £10600 and with all due respect, that was more on the money for a private sale. Have contacted 4 guys who have been trying for £12995 - £11995 and 4 weeks later they are still dreaming. You can ask that money with a forecourt but...

yeah, Tony from Hexham TVR did call me and have a chat, its a bit on the steep side for me as I have chatted with 3 other owners that were willing to let theirs go for between £11500 and £12000 same or less miles than Rodgers one........... hmm its a tough one!
