Hi all,
I'm after a genuine running windscreen. Is the part number 7701066905?
I presume these are no longer available? If so, what are other people going for?
Cheers Will
Afternoon all,
I sent a set of my dampers to CookSport a couple of weeks ago and recently got a call saying they could not powder coat the shocks. It turns out they use a third party who could no longer do it (indefinitely it seemed) This left me in a bit of a problem...
Given they had...
As part of my restoration I'm getting the engine bay paint touched up and therefore taking the engine out so the job can be done properly.
So I can move the car Im on the hunt for a cheap used front subframe. Not fussed about the condition, but the closer to Herts/Essex the better.
Cheers, Will
They look genuine but difficult to be sure. Be wary, I bought some trophy bits from lebcoin although from a different seller, and they 'forgot' the rear shocks and I never got them! Postage was a challenge too because of Brexit - additional taxes and got lost... they're cheap though
I haven't seen your car in person, Dawn, but the condition looks fantastic from the pictures you've posted on FB and here.
particularly if you:
a) ended up ceramic coating the wheels - I know you were toying with the idea
b) got that exhaust straightened up when you swap it over ;)
c) get...

I rate the range of Bilthamber products I've been using to completely refresh the underside of my T.
I used their Epoxy Mastic for the main protective coating - https://bilthamber.com/product/epoxy-mastic/
I used Dynax UC for a final clear coat of protection, but if you're not restoring...
I use an outdoor Carcoon (size 4) for my Trophy. They're not cheap ( almost £600), but I've got them for life, so I reckon it a good long-term investment. It also keeps the battery charged while been stored, and going slightly larger than needed means it's suitable for lots of different cars in...
I've heard you can get these new but as others have said, they're not cheap. I've not tried ordering one but please see the link below:

Nice! Are these just for the fronts?
If they're the backs too, do they replace the caps on the top or simply slide over the top? @NickReilly063 are you selling any of your sets
In hindsight it was a stupid question, I recall that the rears have plastic covers to protect them. I'll send you a...
Yeah, agreed. I bought one last year, but it had been really poorly looked after and I decided it was uneconomical to get back to a standard I'd be happy with. That being said. I did a few of the obvious fixes but someone was desperate for a project so sold it and make a few pounds. That being...
I'd love this! Can anyone tell if it's got sachs dampers on the rear too, I can't see them listed.
I might make one as I've got some spare dampers - now I've just got to find LY:rolleyes:
